Workmate digital solutions is passionate about empowering the young generation with the digital skills of our time. Through its arm the Skills Transfer Program the platform has been able to engage the youth in productive training sessions since 2019. The Skills Transfer Program is run by the best experts in different digital fields such as digital marketing, graphic design, web design, transcription, and many more. The trainees have a first-hand chance to be impacted with practical on-the-job skills that they can use to land clients both locally and internationally at a competitive rate.

The unique aspect that the STP brings is that anyone, in any career and any age can benefit from these skills all they need is a passion to learn. With the world around us evolving every single day it is paramount that we keep up through continuous learning of different skills. Workmates' core motivation is to eliminate unemployment in the country and we strongly believe that continuous learning and transferring of the skills is the key.

The STP 2022 is ongoing in partnership with the Office of career services at The University of Nairobi. The rollout for this year’s cohorts is digital marketing and web design. These courses were chosen from the overwhelming response we got from the survey we conducted.
